SENATE BILL NO. 291 An Act relating to living wills, do not                    
resuscitate orders, anatomical gifts, and the care and treatment of            
persons with serious medical conditions was read the second time.              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 2660. Without            
objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 291(JUD) was adopted and                     
read the second time.
